🔍Discover the Secret to Boosting Teen Confidence

Hi Everyone,

I’m thrilled to introduce you to this week’s incredible podcast guest, Kristi Simons! Kristi and I just recently connected, but it felt like the universe had already brought us together. I’d been admiring her work on social media for a while—her podcast, posts, and everything about her energy really caught my eye. Then, in perfect timing, she reached out to me, and I knew instantly that we had to collaborate.

What I didn’t know about Kristi until we talked is that she’s a former educator. Maybe that’s part of what resonated with me so strongly—I could feel her passion for empowering teens. Kristi now runs a teen coaching business that focuses on building confidence, something I think every teenager (and adult) could benefit from. I love what she’s doing, and I wish I had had a resource like this when I was a teen.

In our conversation, Kristi dives deep into her coaching approach, helping teens not only build confidence but also develop emotional intelligence and resilience. She teaches them life skills that often get overlooked in traditional education. I’m so excited for you to hear her story, her insights, and the amazing impact she’s having on young people.

Tune in to this week’s episode to hear all about it, and don’t forget to share this with any parents or teens in your life who could benefit from her wisdom!

With gratitude,
Cynthia

P.S. Be sure to check out Kristi’s podcast, The Confident Teen—it’s filled with inspiration for teens navigating the ups and downs of life!

As a former teacher turned teen life coach I find fulfillment in teaching teenagers what I wish I knew, equipping them with the very tools and life skills I needed so desperately in my youth. For me, true confidence lies in the actions we take. And it's my heartfelt mission to continue to nurture that confidence within myself so that I set an example for my own children, my family, my friends, and my community. My hope is to be their guide towards a future brimming with possibility. Anything is possible when you can be brave, trust yourself, and take action!
